Jason, the owner, is such a kind person. He was recommended to me by the Land Rover dealership in Asheville. I bought my Discovery 2024 Sport as a Land Rover certified vehicle and they sent me to him. He helped me with a PPF film issue that was caused by a separate non-competitor. He was thorough with my car, gave me his honest opinion, and provided corrective services to the scratches on my car. It looks just as great as the day I bought it. He will be honest and more than fair with you. I was able to see some other vehicles he has worked on, as they were in his shop. A van that was at least 15 years old looked like it was just painted. He is great. You can trust him with your luxury vehicles and any other work you may need.

From the very first phone call, I knew I was in great hands. The owner took his time to walk me through the entire process, answered every question, and never rushed me. Scheduling was incredibly easy, and he even honored the special pricing he had originally quoted me — which says a lot about his integrity. The craftsmanship is exceptional. My car looks absolutely stunning and has a depth and shine that truly stands out. You can immediately see the care, time, and precision that went into the work. He went above and beyond in every way, even providing proper soap and guidance so I can maintain the finish correctly. Extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and passionate about his work. This is the kind of service that sets a standard. If you’re looking for premium results and an experience that matches, this is the place!

They did a fantastic job ceramic coating my new Jeep Grand Cherokee as well as a paint protection film. Wonderful customer service, communication and total professionals when it comes to detail. Also had them put film on my windows and it was flawless.

First time using Ultimate last week and they did amazing! I have a pretty big van that is very hard to clean, and it came back better than I could have even imagined. Every little hard to reach spot was cleaned somehow and the whole van is shining. Super friendly staff too. Definitely will keep coming back!

I had a detail, paint correction, ceramic coating and windows tinted on my Supra. The guys did an amazing job. I knew it was going to look good but it was so much better than I imagined. They are super nice and explained in detail everything I needed to know to take care of my car. I very much would recommend Ultimate Auto Detailing for anyone looking for quality work to make their car look the best it can look.
